If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Turbojet materials. The materials contained in Turbojet are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permitted Use

A Single License grants the use of the Turbojet source code by you on a single application. An Unlimited License grants the use of the Turbojet source code by you on an unlimited number of applications. If the software is being developed for a client a license must be purchased by that client or transferred to that client. The Turbojet source code or any application created from the Turbojet source code cannot be distributed beyond the owner of the license and their organization.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in the Turbojet software could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors.
